About PublicLogic™

Smart systems that create stronger communities.

PublicLogic is a practitioner-founded modernization company that designs, delivers, and studies lawful, human-centered frameworks for municipalities and small organizations.

Who We Are

PublicLogic was founded by Nathan Boudreau, MPA, MCPPO, a Massachusetts Town Administrator who has designed modernization systems inside real town halls. The framework reflects the actual conditions that shape municipal life — including public records law, licensing statutes, procurement requirements, seasonal pressure, and the constant load carried by small teams.

PublicLogic is co-led with Dr. Allison (Allie) Rothschild, PsyD, MSW, LICSW, BCBA, a behavioral systems scientist who focuses on how organizations learn, how teams interact with structure, and what is required to sustain change over time.

Together they created PublicLogic to make modernization lawful, measurable, and human.

Our Purpose

Local governments and small organizations carry the same compliance burden as large institutions but rarely have the same resources or staff capacity.

PublicLogic exists to close that gap. We turn Open Meeting Law, Public Records, retention schedules, accessibility standards, and data security requirements into repeatable systems that reduce risk, improve transparency, and build public trust.

Our mission is simple: to build smart systems that create stronger communities.

How It Works

Logic Core

VAULT™

Verified Automation & Unified Logic for Towns — the structure that automates routing, retention, and audit trails in accordance with Massachusetts law and local policy.

Retention & Enforcement

ARCHIEVE™

The retention and enforcement engine that ensures transparency and compliance across records, requests, and decisions.

Behavior & Learning

PublicInsight™

The behavioral and organizational research layer that measures readiness, learning, and sustained adoption without individual performance scoring.

These layers integrate directly with platforms communities already own, such as Microsoft 365, and with partner solutions in the GovTech ecosystem. PublicLogic operates under a patent-pending municipal automation framework filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2025.

We do not sell software. We build structure that makes software work.
